Waveful

Overview

Waveful is a community social app backed by a16z Speedrun. I joined Waveful as the first designer in the team. In 2025 we reached 1M+ MAU and $2.4M of annual run rate, in less tha two months. We got ranked between the top 20 social apps in the app store multiple times.

  • Created and maintained their whole design system in Figma
  • Worked on the redesign of major parts of the app like payout section, the post feed, and the user profile
  • Redesigned the navigation of the app
